How: Admission is FREE for the public with a suggested $5 parking donation that enters you to win a $500 cash prize.
What: This year's theme is America's 250th, celebrating 250 years of American innovation, industry, and automotive heritage. The car show, the programming, and the community all come together around that idea. Come see cars that built America, Patriotic Vehicles, and Historic Military Vehicles.
Car Registration: Pre-registration is closed! Pick up your registration packet and swag bag early on Saturday August 1 between 10am-2pm at the flag poles at Columbia Center at 201 W. Big Beaver Road. Can’t pick up your packet Saturday? No worries! The Sunday morning check-in runs very quickly with fewer people in that line. Sunday morning packet pick-up begins at 7:30am and ends at 9am.
Day-of registration is $35/car, but we cannot guarantee there will spots available the day of the show! We have very limited spots for day-of registration, so please arrive by 7:30am for day-of registration. Need a hotel for the night? Hotel Indigo is right off I-75 and adjacent to the Troy Traffic Jam show and transport vehicle parking at 575 W. Big Beaver Rd. in Troy, Michigan. Click here to receive a discount rate for the nights of Saturday August 1 and Sunday August 2.

- 7:30am - Check-in for pre-registered cars and day-of registration open! Enjoy free coffee and Timbits from Troy Tim Horton's (for show car participants only).
- 9:00am - Show open! All 300+ show cars are parked and ready to view!
- 9:30am - National Anthem and Opening Ceremonies followed by historic World War II C-47 flyover by the Michigan Flight Museum.

- 12:00pm - 50/50 Raffle Drawing (must be present to win)
- 1:30pm - Pedal Power 200! Scroll down for more information.
- 2:45pm - Announcing of Troy Traffic Jam Awards (need not be present to win)

Join the Kids Pedal Power 200 Pedal Car Race!
This exciting event is open to all racers aged 3-8 years old with a pedal-powered car! Each little Pedal Car Racer will receive a sweet treat, participation medal, and Pedal Car t-shirt! Winner of each heat wins a 1st place trophy. The race will take place at 1:30pm during the Traffic Jam!

We need lots of volunteer help to put on this awesome car show each year! Can you donate your time?
- Short & sweet 2.5 - 3 hour shifts. Unless you want to spend more time with us!
- Free lunch if you volunteer for two shifts.
- You can volunteer by yourself and meet some new folks or grab some friends and we can keep you in a group!
- Detailed explanation and instructions on your position with a dedicated THV staff
- You'll get to be up close and personal with 300+ fantastic cars rolling in and will get to experience the show before or after your shift.
