Our intimate 1837 Village Chapel, charming outdoor Village Green with picturesque Gazebo, or newly-restored 1837 Niles-Barnard House await your special day.
Most wedding packages include time for a rehearsal prior to your wedding and access to all of the historic buildings on the day of your event. Rental packages include time to decorate, assemble guests, take photographs, and remove decorations. If needed, additional time may be purchased.

Accommodates up to 110 guests*
- Features 8 stunning stained-glass windows and historic bell to ring in celebration
- Offers cushioned pews for your guests and accessible restrooms

Outdoor Ceremonies and Receptions on the Village Green
Accommodates up to 300 guests*
- Two-acre Village Green is beautifully landscaped with a center-staged Gazebo
- Offers accessible restrooms with touchless faucets
- Outdoor sound system and dance area are available
- Option to rent tents, tables, and chairs through our exclusive vendor
- Decorations are permitted, following the guidelines of your selected rental package
Indoor Ceremonies in the Niles-Barnard House Gathering & Event Venue
Accommodates up to 60 guests*
- Offers a unique alternative to a traditional Chapel/Church ceremony
- Features an open floor plan for flexible seating (chairs included)
- Building is temperature-controlled (heated/air-conditioned)
- Offers accessible restrooms
- Also available: Sound and video systems
- Decorations are permitted, following the guidelines of your selected rental package

Along with space for your ceremony, the Village features:
- Staging for Wedding Parties
Designated areas are available for staging prior to the start of your wedding ceremony. We require that the wedding party arrive dressed. Hairspray, colognes, and other makeup application must be finished prior to arriving, as these items can be damaging to historic building furnishings. - Free, Onsite Parking
Two onsite paved parking lots accommodate 48 vehicles. Overflow parking with access to the Village is available along Lange Street, the first residential street north of the Village (we ask that you do not block driveways or mailboxes). On your rental day, the onsite Village host can assist your guests with parking directions. - Historic Buildings to Explore
Based on your selected wedding package, historic buildings can be made available for your guests to explore before and after your ceremony. All buildings have accessible entrances. Please visit our Accessibility page for more information. - Wedding Vendors
A vendor referral list for wedding services is available upon request after you sign your contract. This list includes officiants, ministers, photographers, DJs, and other vendors. It is the responsibility of the rental party to obtain, coordinate, and financially retain these services. - Photography
Wedding packages include time for photography. Couples may also reserve the Village for photography even if their wedding is held elsewhere. Indoor and outdoor photography are permitted. Learn more about Photography & Film rentals.
