History to You (H2U) Traveling Field Trips

You know you can visit the Village for awesome field trips, but did you know that the Village can come
visit you at school?

When you book an H2U program, Village staff bring the educational experience (and several boxes of
cool artifacts and props) into your classroom. This can be a great option if you have limited time in your
schedule for field trips, limited access to busses, students receiving free and reduced lunch, or you just
want to bring enrichment to your students from the comfort of your own school. Also a great option if
your school isn’t ready to send students offsite just yet.

Programs are performed for individual classes – no assemblies. That means your students get
personalized attention, and lots of hands-on experiences just like when you visit the Village for field trips.

Most programs are 60-90 minutes in length, and can be customized to fit your curriculum and school schedule.

OAKLAND COUNTY TITLE 1 SCHOOLS! We can offer H2U programs to your classes free of charge through a generous grant from the Phillip and Elizabeth Filmer Memorial Charitable Trust. You don’t even need to do any paperwork!
