You are welcome to take the strollers and wagons inside the buildings (each one has a ramp entrance), and we ask that you are mindful about the spaces inside when driving the stroller or wagon through. Changing tables are available in General Store restrooms, and we have quite spaces through the Village if needed.

All buildings have wheelchair-accessible entryways. Buildings are connected by a wide paved pathway. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available inside the Old Troy Church.

- Does the Village close when it snows? No! You can still visit us if it is snowing! Remember the Village is a collection of buildings, so we suggest wearing good shoes and a coat to keep you warm as you walk between buildings, but otherwise you will be inside the whole time. The City of Troy maintains are sidewalks and parking lots, so those spaces are kept clear of snow and ice. We do monitor the weather and are aware of severe weather threats and will adjust our programs as necessary.
- How is Longest Night in the Village different than visiting during the day? Generally, Longest Night in the Village is very similar to visiting the Village during regular business hours except that it is dark! By extending our hours to 7pm on select days, people who work during the day, have school, or other commitments that prevent them from visiting during our regular day-time hours, will be able to visit and enjoy all that we offer. What does separate Longest Night in the Village from our regular day-time visits is the activities available including a special Sources of Light scavenger hunt and a cup of warm cider or hot cocoa.
