Scroll down or click here to purchase your tickets in advance to visit the Village while we are Open Late and reserve your spot in a Guided Tour on either June 5, July 3, or August 7.

Join a Guided Tour of the Village! Guided Tours start promptly at 5:30pm and are led by either a Village volunteer or staff member. Lasting about 90 minutes, tours will explore the history of the Village buildings. Due to the size of spaces, guided tours are limited to 15 people, so we recommend that you reserve your spot in advance!

All ages are welcome to take a Guided Tour! Our staff and volunteers are prepared to give a tour to seniors, adults, and children. However, we encourage you to use your discretion on if your child will be interested and engaged for the entire 90-minute tour.

  • Do I need to register in advance? No, but we would recommend it!
  • What happens if I miss my time slot? Can I still come? Yes, you can still visit the Village using our self-guided tour.
  • I registered online, but I have friends/family that want to join. They should register online, too! You can also contact us at info@thvmail.org to see if there is space for them in the Guided Tour.
  • Will I be able to get around easily using my wheelchair or walker? Yes! The Village offers three accessible parking spaces in our west parking lot. All buildings have wheelchair-accessible entryways. Buildings are connected by a wide paved pathway. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available inside the Old Tory Church.
  • Will food or drink be available? No, Troy Historic Village does not sell food, nor do we have water fountains. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water for the tour. You are also welcome to bring snacks or a picnic dinner to enjoy outdoors on the picnic tables before the tour. Please note we are a peanut free facility.
  • Will there be a Guided Tour if it rains? Yes! We suggest bringing an umbrella to keep you dry as you walk between buildings, but otherwise you will be inside the whole time.
