Watercolor Classes: ABC Garden
Presented by Oakmont Manor and Oakmont Sterling
Select Wednesdays: June 1, 8, 22, 29; July 20 & 27 ǀ 6:00-8:00pm
Artist and art teacher Megan Swoyer guides students in using a variety of watercolor techniques to create paintings inspired by the plant life in the Village’s ABC Garden, including Bee Balm, Black-Eyed Susan, Daisy, Lavender, Rose Campion, and Zinnia. Weather- and plant-permitting, we’ll take a quick peek at the flowers in the gardens before we head back inside to paint!
No experience is necessary; all supplies will be provided. Each class will focus on a different subject, so you can choose to sign up for just one class or take a few of them; a discount is available if you register for all six! Ages 16 and up.
Troy Historical Society Member: $40/class or $200/6-class series
Non-member: $45/class or $250/6-class series
Due to the high demand and limited space in these classes, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
