Installment 6: Back to work! (5-15-20)
Cedroni Associate’s construction crew is back to work after the six-week “Stay Home-Stay Safe” order to slow the spread of the Corona Virus. During the last seven days OHM Associates, Rick Cedroni and City
representatives inspected the site and met to discuss adjustments to the restoration timeline. Barring further delays, the contractor is confident that work will be completed this summer.
The foundations for the small addition and the ADA accessibility ramp at the on the northwest corner of
the house were waterproofed this week
A replacement door and windows that match the size and style of the original windows are ordered
while building materials for the addition have arrived.
The weather forecast for is mostly dry and mild for next week. Fingers crossed– workers will frame the
addition, so watch for the next Pathway to Preservation Installment!
