Wednesdays August 14, 21 & 28, 6:30 – 8:30 pm

Learn 4 basic hand forging techniques as you discover the world of traditional blacksmithing inside our 19th-century Wagon Shop. Working with your partner (this could be your child, significant other, friend, co-worker, whomever you sign up to take the class with!), you will forge your own fun and useful kitchen utensil to take home by the end of this three-class series.

Class is appropriate for ages 12 to adult. No prerequisite or previous blacksmithing experience required. This is a great class for those who are interested in giving blacksmithing a try without committing to our 6-week Basic Blacksmithing Level 1 class, or who have taken classes before and wish to share the art of metalworking with a friend.
