January 28: Tea History & Etiquette
Tea commands its own set of rituals in various ceremonies throughout the world, as you will learn when we discover the origin and different types of tea with Barb Gulley of Barb’s TEA Service. Chinese and Japanese tea ceremonies will be discussed, as well as the history and etiquette of “afternoon tea” in England. You’ll never make a tea faux pas again!
