Scouts and Scholars: Winter Survival

When: January 21 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm | $8/child, $5/adult

Join us as we imagine living through a Michigan Winter 180 years ago! Get a sense of the challenges and need for community on the frontier. Split firewood with a wedge, feed the fire, seek animal tracks, weave wool for a scarf; what else will it take to live until spring? Dress warmly!

These highly interactive, hands-on history programs take place on select Saturdays from 10am – 12pm at the Troy Historic Village. Space and materials are limited; advance registration is required. Price: $8/child, $5/adult. (appropriate for ages 6-12)
